I had an emergency garbage disposal issue at my own home. I’m a realtor in Arizona, so I reached out to one of my trusted inspectors, and he connected me with the owner, Rich of Streamline Plumbing! Rich responded to me so quickly and continued to be very prompt with all of his responses to my text messages before and after the service was complete! I looked up prices of garbage disposals and labor before asking him how much it would be, and it was exactly the amount I looked up. Couldn't be happier. I'll use these guys for any future plumbing issues at my house. Water heater went out.. Searched for fair prices, the other companies were quoting stupid prices like $1000 over what is reasonable and had to come out to the house to view the system in person to give an estimate. These guys had me send a photo and were able to quote a no nonsense price over the phone in like 5 minutes. And guess what, even thought there was a little extra work that needed done.. that is the price i paid! Dylan did my work and was terrific, on time, efficient and did a high quality job. Streamline Plumbing saved the day at our commercial property. I called Rich the owner with an emergency request and he made his team available within hours to replace our water heater, which could’ve resulted in a shutdown of our property. Well first of all, this was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. I would give them a fifty star review if I could. We had a hot water tank crap out in the middle of the night and RICH walked me through how to turn off the hot water side of the tank to avoid a catastrophe. He came out the next morning and in less than two hours we were totally back in working order! I cannot recommend them enough!

We had rusty water for 3 years. 5 previous plumbers couldn't solve our problem. Rich solved it by replacing the water heater which was rusty on the bottom. It didn't show up when the tank was drained. Great service.

My hot water heater went out on a Friday evening of a long holiday weekend of course. So I called several places Saturday morning around 8 am think I would have any luck but, Rich with Streamline plumbing text me right back. Was at my house by 10:30 like he said he would be. Replaced my hot water heater within an hour and did a great job. I got him on speed dial for anything else I may need. Wow! So rare to find a company that gets back to you right away, communicates clearly and regularly, AND shows up when they say they’re going to show up and does what they say they’re going to do. Our plumbing issue could have gone either way with old pipes. We received several bids in which we were told we needed “this” and we needed “that.” Streamline Plumbing was honest and up front with us, and said they would repair the issue at hand and would let us know if they ran into further issues. Well, they repaired it with no issues, and at an amazing price. I have found my “forever” plumber!

I came home from vacation to find a pipe burst in my house. I was so fortunate to stumble upon good reviews of Streamline plumbing. Needed to replace my washer valves before I installed a new washer. Contacted Rich and he was able to get me on their schedule for the next day. Jason came to our home and replaced the valves. He was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to go down the street to replace my sons bath tub cartridges. It is hard to find a reliable plumbing service. It was nice to find a plumber that will come out and give an estimate and answer all my questions before the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STREAMLINE PLUMBING! Rich was very quick to get back to me when I reached out about our master shower head leaking! We tried a new shower head first before calling Streamline, but that didn’t solve the issue. I showed Rich a video of the leak, and he was quick to send out his employee Jason to assess the situation. Jason found the leak, and replaced the faucet that turns on the shower causing the leak (but first, went to 3 different stores to find the piece for us!!) and it was fixed very quickly. We appreciated him going the distance to get this faucet for us. Thank you Streamline Plumbing for attending in such a quick and professional manner! 10/10

Had a leak of a pipe that failed in our ceiling. Had to shut off the water as a result. Great service vary responsive got my leaking water heater replaced quick and efficiently. The tech Dylan that came out took the time to answer all of my questions no matter how many I had with a smile on his face. Highly recommend them for any service they provide.

We are extremely happy with Rich and the entire process. We spoke with him after having a flood in our garage from our failed tank water heater. He called immediately, was incredibly patient with all of our questions, and made room in his schedule to come the next morning to install a tankless water heater. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, his communication was above par. He texted in the morning to let us know he was able to come an hour early. Again, he answered more questions and did a great job. He also checked in two days after the install to see how we liked the new unit and if we had any more questions! Thank you Rich! Rich is so easy to work with. He gave me a quote almost immediately when my water heater broke in the winter. From about 10 different companies, who wanted to come and charge me money for the quote, Streamline Plumbing was the fastest and easiest to work with. And the quote was free! The price was very reasonable and he provided all the details promptly. At that time, we were able to fix it ourselves. In a half a year, it broke again and we just decided to replace it. I reached out to Streamline Plumbing right away and Rich was super fast and courteous. The quote was given very fast, all I had to do is send a few pics of my heater. Within a week, I had a new water heater installed and it looks fantastic with all the code requirements met (my old one did not have a drainage pan). Service was fast and very thorough. Jason was the ones installing the unit and did an amazing job! Highly recommend this company and will definitely be back again. You gained a life long customer with us now. Thank you 🙏

Rich, the owner, was quick, thorough, and effective. He got in and got out, answered all of the questions that I had, and was willing to even look at other issues around the house and didn't make a big deal of it. I would recommend Rich to anybody looking for a great plumber, and incredble value.

Wow! We had a great experience. We had our hot water heater replaced before it went completely out. We received a quote, Richard was super communicative via text (my choice since I was working), was able to get us in the next day! Morning of, got a text confirming time and arrived promptly. Richard is professional and very knowledgeable and answered a few additional plumbing questions. He’s very nice, cleaned up which was barely anything on the ground. We would 100% use Streamline Plumbing again.

After a lot of time researching for a new and reliable plumber, I found Streamline Plumbing AZ. Their reviews are what let me to move forward with them...and they are all accurate! Our 2 year old Rheem water heater had a faulty valve, and I needed someone to install the new one for us. Rich was SUPER quick to respond back to me. He couldn't take my call on a Saturday morning because he was just finishing up a job, so I sent him a text. Within 10 minutes, I received a text back and we set up a tentative date for him to come out and fix our issue. The part was delivered on Tuesday morning...and he was out a few hours later to get us up and running again. He is VERY knowledgeable, took time to explain everything to me and his pricing was VERY reasonable! I'm so thankful that I found an honest plumber, and we will absolutely use him again in the future!

Had a leak in the faucet I was troubleshooting for a couple days so I called Streamline to see if they could swing by and check it out. Rich was pretty awesome in taking my call and troubleshooting via text message and pictures of the faucet. He was able to validate the issue, check for replacement parts and schedule a time to come by the house on THE SAME DAY!Very thankful to Jason (tech) who came by (on time) and easily replaced the faucet (and RO tap). These guys were super-professional, helpful and I really appreciated the great experience.

Rich was quick to respond to my inquiry for water heater and RO maintenance and quoted me a fair price. I was able to get an appointment quickly, he checked in prior to coming with his ETA, and he performed the maintenance efficiently. He was very nice and gave me updates on how my equipment was working and tips on when my next service will be needed. I will be using him again for future maintenance or plumbing repairs!

Rich from Streamline was amazing! From the initial contact for finding out the cost, timeline, etc. to getting the job done, it was great. I very much appreciate getting a total cost prior to him coming. I knew exactly the model of the h2o heater, and that it was a basic install - so no need to have to come and 'take a look' like the other companies. He was able to give me a quote via text, as well as setup the appointment. His schedule allowed him to come early, and he texted first to see if it was ok. He showed up .... did the install.. and that was it! The final price was even a bit less than the original quote. Bonus! He answered all my questions, was super patient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rich and Steamline Plumbing and now have a goto plumber (which I hope i won't even need lol ;)). .

Had the BEST plumbing experience with Rich at Streamline Plumbing. We just finished a whole house gut and remodel, and Rich was able to advise and install all our plumbing. He had great recommendations for our tankless water heater, water softener, bath fixtures, and moving a gas line. No job was too much for Rich, and he never said “it couldn’t be done”. His estimate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased working with Rich from Streamline Plumbing. I needed a bathtub spout replaced on very short notice. Streamline responded to my inquiry very quickly and did the work very professionally, quickly, and cleanly. In the process, the technician discovered another problem I was not aware of - a broken shower valve assembly that also needed to be replaced. Streamline really worked with me to schedule that replacement at a later time based on when I could have that work done. I will definitely be using Streamline again for any future plumbing issues and will strongly recommend them to my family and friends.

We had our old Reem Hot Water Heater fail after 7yrs in my new home. I shopped around via Angie's List and had a lot of plumbers come out and quote me insane prices and unnecessary work to replace this broken water heater. Some mention to update to install a Tankless Hot Water heater but their prices were outrageous. I finally spoke to Rich from Streamline Plumbing who was very friendly quoted me a decent fair and honest price for a Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater. I had concerns and questions as I never used a Tankless Hot Water Heater. There was no unnecessary upsells or changes to my existing setup to install this new Tankless Hot Water heater. Rich was able to answer our questions and talked about all the benefits to move to this new technology. Rich showed up on time and ready to go on Friday morning and within 4 hours we were back in business with Hot Water in our home. There is no change to our water pressure and the hot water is on demand. I can't wait to see how much we will save on gas! The maintenance on the Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater seems a lot less than the old one and these devices have up to 15 to 20 year life! If was to fail it shouldn't flood my home like previous tank hot water heaters have in the past! He also replaced a shower handle while he was onsite that had had failed the same day the hot water heater did. This working so much better now! Now with everything working properly again we are so happy we went with Rich and Streamline Plumbing! Thanks Rich for all your help and for being a stand up no nonsense business with fair prices!! Professional, Courteous, and Trustworthy! He will be our plumber for life moving forward!!!

I don't even know how to begin to thank Streamline Plumbing for the unbelievably quick response to a leaking hot water tank. From providing me a quote on Sunday the 25th, to me reaching out the following day after work, Rich was at my house that very same evening with the new water heater. Upon his arrival Rich was not sure if he would be able to install a tankless water heater due to the difficulty of the layout of my two-story home. ButRich was determined to find a way to make the installation possible and we looked into every available option. He ended up spending his entire evening/night- up till 10pm working tirelessly in the hot and humid garage to ensure I had hot water. Streamline Plumbing offers fair pricing, extremely prompt service, exceptional professionalism and great customer service. Rich went well beyond any expectations I had. He was even kind enough to change a lightbulb on the ceiling of my front porch.

Streamline plumbing was right on time for the appointment. Rich was very professional and knowledgeable . Rich did the necessary work and gave us good advice. We are having him come back to install faucets. We were very comfortable with him and would definitely recommend using streamline plumbing

UPDATE…after they installed my water heater I asked Jason about the sound of water running in my walls that I hear for a month or so. Jason immediately said it might be a slab leak in the pipes going into the foundation! Freaked me out! Rich told me about a company called Leak Detector. This all happened on a Friday and on Monday Alex from Leak Detector came out and within 30 minutes found the exact area where the leak was occurring. Thank goodness it wasn’t on the walls, just going into the foundation. Insurance wouldn’t cover this leak but fortunately Rich sent Jason back and after cutting away the wall he found the area. Rich gave me 3 options. I chose the least damage to my home which also happened to be the best price! I now have hot water which I didn’t have when the leak was occurring. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Streamline Plumbing for their excellent work, timeliness, honesty, follow-thru but more important, I have new friends! They are my plumbers for life!1 more thing…a week after they finished repairs to the lines, Rich contacted me to make sure all was well! I assured him that everything was working as it should be! Thank you Rich and Jason at Streamline Plumbing! Streamline Plumbing is an incredible company to work with! Honest, dependable and thorough! Jason arrived on time and was very helpful and even though I had a small space for him to work in, he changed out my 50 gallon tank in less than 90 minutes. I am so grateful to have hired this company. Their pricing also helped me in my decision. Everyone I got a quote from said ‘I would have met their price!’ Well you quoted high and you should have quoted honestly. Thank you Rich and Jason! 👍👍👍

Update from 10/23/2023:We needed a new kitchen sink connected for our remodel. Rich was able to schedule someone to come out within the week to hook up the drains, replace old piping, provide and hook up a new garbage disposal and replace our old laundry room faucet. They were able to get all this done within a couple hours and left everything tidy and organized. We will be coming back to Streamline for all our future plumbing projects! From 2021:We just moved into a new home and wanted to add an RO system since the home had no water treatment. Richard was able to come the next morning and explain the best system for us that wouldn't be overkill for our small place. He came a week later and installed our system within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. We also had to change what we were going to install at last minute and Richard was very understanding. I highly reccomend Streamline and will be going back to them for future plumbing projects.

Great experience working with these guys. They did our tankless water softener install. They showed up when they said they would, which should be a given in business but it’s not as most people can attest to. Work was done in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Would highly recommend them for any project and plan to use them again when the need arises.
