Do this first
- Stop the water. Close the valve under the fixture, or the main shut-off where the water line enters the house (often near the garage or front hose bib).
- Water heater leaking? Turn the cold water valve on top of the heater off. For gas, set the control to off or pilot; for electric, switch off its breaker.
- Keep clear of water near outlets, cords or the electrical panel. Turn off power to wet areas only if you can do it safely.
- Move valuables out of the water and take photos for insurance before cleanup.
- Call us at (480) 238-5000.
Same-day help during business hours
We are open Monday to Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–4pm. During those hours, urgent calls such as burst lines, leaking water heaters and sewage backups move to the front of the schedule and are usually seen the same day.
We are not an overnight service. If something happens after hours, shutting off the water stops the damage, and we will be there as early as we can the next business day.
Common urgent calls we handle
- Burst or leaking supply lines and fittings
- Water heaters leaking from the tank or relief valve
- No hot water
- Toilets overflowing or leaking at the base
- Several drains backing up at once
- Slab leaks: warm floors, running water sounds, a meter that will not stop
