Drains we clear
- Kitchen sinks and disposals
- Bathroom sinks, tubs and showers
- Toilets
- Laundry and floor drains
- Main lines through the cleanout
One drain or the whole house?
If only one fixture is slow, the clog is usually close to it: hair in a shower drain or grease in a kitchen line. If toilets, tubs and sinks are all slow, or water comes up in the shower when the toilet flushes, the blockage is in the main line and needs to be cleared from the cleanout.
If the same drain keeps clogging, we can follow up with a camera inspection to see what is going on inside the pipe.
Why we skip harsh chemicals
Chemical drain openers rarely clear a full clog and can damage older pipes and the people handling them. A cable auger clears the line mechanically without the risk.
